Keyway Construction (Pty) Ltd is a Developer appointed Construction
Management Company for the Langebaan Country Estate. Keyway was
founded in April 2007 after the company took over the LCE Construction
Company.
Vision
Keyway strives to deliver professional construction management services to our clients during the process of building their dream home on the Langebaan Country Estate.
Process driven
To ensure that the vision is fulfilled and clients are satisfied
with the service they receive from Keyway it is crucial to work
to set processes. The company therefore has a strong project management
focus and each client’s house is registered and managed as a project.
All the individual projects are planned to fit into the project
pipeline which is used to manage the total work program for the
company. Workflow and project management processes have been developed
over the years, taking cognizance of the past and the local conditions.

Construction is proud of our achievements to date and has constructed
more than 130 units on the Langebaan Country Estate.
This is a very strong track record and with another 3 phases
still to be developed, we will ensure that through continuous
improvement of procedures and systems we will keep delivering
houses of superior standard and a professional service to our
